Mackenzie Trombley - CEO
Mackenzie started in the business in January of 2017. His reason for joining the business was to gain experience to supplement his marketing degree awarded from The University of Lethbridge. Progressing through the program, he fell in love with the personal development and coaching of others, priding himself on his teaching ability. Mackenzie completed the program in October of 2018, launching Elevated Concepts Inc. He has since promoted his first outside deal in 2020. His favorite aspect of the business is: it does not matter what you did before, anyone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and student mentality can be successful in this business.
Jason Werhun – Executive Manager
For over 20 years, Jason was a professional magician working across Canada and as far away as China. Yes, he stole watches and caught bullets in his teeth, and mastered quickly connecting with audiences which is a skill that transfers well to sales. He started with SKM Aquisitions in October of 2020, on the FW1 program, looking for some sales experience. After the Christmas Covid shut down, he restarted on his birthday, February 11, looking for a career. He was promoted to leadership just two weeks later. He rose to the challenge of building a BCSC team for SKM in June of 2021, making the finals in 2021's Merch Madness, and leading SKM to become the #5 fundraising company in the country for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Jason was the country's #1 individual fundraiser. Jin Marketing Solutions proudly opened its doors in November 2021.
